Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Excellence: Perform routine tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Resident Satisfaction: Address service requests professionally and promptly.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure safe and compliant maintenance work.
• Property Inspections: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management, contractors, and vendors. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general       maintenance.
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations.
• Resident Customer Service
